In the meeting of 28.11.2022, pursuant to Article 11 of the Foundation's Statute, the General Assembly unanimously appointed the Board of Directors of the SERICS Foundation, consisting of:

Marco CONTI, appointed by the General Meeting upon nomination by the CNR;

Rocco DE NICOLA, appointed by the General Assembly upon nomination by the Public Research Institutions and the Special Organisational Schools as founding members;

Gennaro FAELLA, appointed by the General Assembly upon nomination by the private legal entities that qualify as Founding Members.

Vincenzo LOIA, appointed by the University of Salerno, as the Proponent of the Extended Partnership, who holds the position of Chairman;

Paolo PRINETTO, appointed by the General Assembly upon nomination by the State Universities that qualify as Founding Members;
