A series of sessions aimed at:
teachers, lecturers, educators, trainers, experts and professionals working in the field of learning, focusing on the key and strategic skills needed to raise awareness of online risks. The aim is growing and strengthening knowledge of cybersecurity and cyber risk by providing useful tools and methods for sharing this knowledge with individuals who have specific vulnerabilities and fragilities.

Who is it aimed at?

Teachers and lecturers at state and private schools of all levels, or within protected environments (CPIA or organisations dealing with all forms of vulnerability).

Course structure

Full flexibility: you choose which modules to take and when.

80-Hour course (webinars + video lessons + self-study materials)

Webinars: 8 modules between 1 and 3 hours

About  Us

The SERICS Foundation – Security and Rights in CyberSpace – is a foundation established in accordance with the principles of the participation-based foundation model, within the broader category of foundations governed by the Civil Code and related legislation.

The Foundation’s main purpose is scientific and technological research and, in this context, it was created to act as the implementing body of the extended partnership “SERICS – Security and Rights in CyberSpace”, funded following participation in the Public Notice “for the submission of intervention proposals for the creation of ‘extended partnerships’ involving universities, research centres, and companies for the funding of basic research projects” – under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 4 “Education and Research” – Component 2 “From Research to Business” – Investment 1.3, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU – Notice No. 341 of 15 March 2022 (hereinafter “Public Notice”).

The SERICS Cybersecurity Academy is the training program of the SERICS Foundation aimed at strengthening Italian and European expertise in cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and data protection. It is responsible for delivering conferences, seminars, training platforms, and customized cyber-games. The training offer is provided by lecturers from academia and industry experts.
